Customer URL Data Privacy, Confidentiality & Retention Policy

01. Scope & Definitions

This Policy specifically governs Submitted Customer Data across all IndexVero services:

• Raw URLs and domains entered into the Bulk Index Checker, Backlink Indexing Service, or any free tool.
• Batch datasets uploaded via CSV, TXT, or JSON formats.
• API payloads submitted via the IndexVero REST API endpoints.
• Associated campaign metadata, including target anchor text, project tags, and timestamped audit logs.

02. Non-Negotiable Confidentiality Guarantees

To protect agency client relationships and proprietary PBN networks, we provide the following legally binding commitments:

• No Competitor Intelligence Databases: IndexVero will never aggregate or analyze customer URLs to build public or private backlink spy databases (e.g., we do not sell backlink discovery data to third-party tools).
• No Search Engine Telemetry: Verification queries are dispatched through stateless proxy networks that strip all customer session tokens, user IDs, and account metadata. Google or Bing receives zero visibility into who initiated the query.
• No Vendor Footprint Sharing: Target URLs submitted to the indexing engine are sharded across independent discovery subnets without account-level correlation tags.

• End-to-End Encryption: All data transmitted to IndexVero is protected via modern TLS 1.3 protocols.
• At-Rest Cryptography: Historical records and generated reports are stored using military-grade AES-256 encryption.
• Multi-Tenant Isolation: Logical segregation ensures no customer environment can access, query, or view another customer's data rows.
• Zero Staff Peeking: Internal operational staff are strictly prohibited from inspecting customer URL batches. All administrative database interactions require Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and leave immutable audit logs.

05. User Control & GDPR / CCPA Erasure Rights

In full compliance with GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure) and CCPA, users maintain complete sovereignty over their data:

• Manual Instant Purge: You can permanently wipe any batch from your account dashboard with a single click. Once deleted, records cannot be recovered by anyone, including IndexVero support.
• Account Deletion: You may request complete account closure and cryptographic database wiping by contacting [email protected].

06. Enterprise Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

For enterprise SEO agencies, white-label link resellers, and corporate clients with strict upstream client confidentiality obligations, IndexVero provides customized Mutual NDAs and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) upon request.
