Terms of Service

The terms that govern access to IndexVero and its services.

Last updated: July 29, 2026. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the IndexVero website, app, API, and related services. IndexVero is currently operated as an independent online service. By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

IndexVero provides URL submission, indexing workflow, index checking, verification, and related SEO tools. Search engines and third-party platforms operate independently from IndexVero. The service assists with submission and checking workflows but does not control search-engine decisions.

Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms.
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity performed through your account.
  • Accounts and credits are personal to the account holder. You may not sell, transfer, share, or provide another person with access to your account.

Acceptable use

You may use IndexVero only for lawful purposes and for URLs or content that you are authorized to process. You must not:

  • Use the service for spam, malware, phishing, unlawful content, or other abusive activity.
  • Attack, probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or attempt to bypass security, rate limits, credit accounting, or technical restrictions.
  • Abuse the API, automate requests outside approved methods, or exceed the limits or fair-use controls shown in the service.
  • Share accounts or credentials, resell access without written permission, or allow unrelated users to operate through one account.
  • Use fraudulent payments, false transaction information, chargeback abuse, or any method intended to obtain unpaid credits.

Compliance with law and IndexVero’s role

IndexVero does not encourage, endorse, or accept the use of its services for unlawful activity. IndexVero provides technical tools and infrastructure only. Providing access to the service does not mean that we approve, sponsor, verify, or assume responsibility for any URL, content, campaign, business, or activity submitted or carried out by a user.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of IndexVero, the URLs and content you submit, and the results you obtain comply with all laws, regulations, third-party rights, and contractual obligations applicable to you. If we reasonably believe an account is being used for illegal activity or a serious violation of these Terms, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate access and take other action reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IndexVero is not responsible for a user’s unlawful conduct or for losses, claims, penalties, or other consequences arising from that conduct. Nothing in this section excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

Fair use and service protection

Plan limits, API limits, daily tool limits, and other safeguards may be technically enforced to keep the service stable and available. Repeated attempts to evade these controls or use resources in a way that materially harms other users may be treated as a violation of these Terms.

Credits and USDT TRC20 payments

  • Paid services use credits purchased with USDT on the TRC20 network.
  • Credits do not expire, but they cannot be transferred between accounts and have no independent cash value.
  • You are responsible for checking the network, payment address, amount, and transaction details before sending funds. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.
  • Credits are allocated after the payment receives the confirmations and verification required by the service.
  • Current prices and credit usage are shown on the Pricing page. We may change future prices or plan features, but a price change does not remove credits already allocated to your account.

Refunds

Refund eligibility and processing are governed by our Refund Policy. Credits that have already been used are not refundable.

No guarantee of indexing or timing

IndexVero does not guarantee that a submitted URL will be indexed, remain indexed, achieve any ranking, or be processed by a search engine within a particular time. Search-engine decisions, crawling schedules, technical requirements, content quality, and third-party changes are outside our control. A URL not being indexed, by itself, is not a service failure.

Service availability and changes

We work to keep IndexVero available, but maintenance, faults, security events, internet conditions, blockchain conditions, or third-party dependencies may cause interruptions. We may modify or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Where practical, we will communicate material changes that affect paid use.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend an account to investigate or stop spam, unlawful content, API attacks or abuse, account sharing, payment fraud, fair-use evasion, security threats, or another material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Contact support if you believe a restriction was applied in error.

Disclaimers and responsibility

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IndexVero is not responsible for search-engine decisions, loss of ranking, loss of expected profit, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable requirements. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated date. If a change materially affects your use, we will provide reasonable notice where required.
