- How we publish: IndexVero publishes as an organisation. Our articles are written and reviewed by our indexing team and signed by the company, because the evidence behind them is our product’s own measured data, not one person’s opinion.
Where our expertise comes from
IndexVero was built from a problem we watched backlink providers live with every day. Once an order runs into the thousands of links, no one can manually confirm which ones are still live — let alone whether a contributor or outsourced VA actually built them to spec, or whether a NAP citation list matches what the client’s business really requires. And when an unchecked batch reaches the client, it’s the backlink provider who carries the blame. We built IndexVero so that provider can verify delivery at scale — live status, index status, and citation accuracy — and hand over evidence instead of a promise.
Since launching, IndexVero has processed 2,332,361 submitted URLs across 21,660 delivery campaigns, and checked 472,845 URLs for index status — of which 52.70% were observed as indexed (3 July – 24 August 2026). What we write about — and what we don’t. IndexVero writes about URL indexing, backlink indexing, and delivery verification. We do not publish general SEO advice outside that scope. That boundary is deliberate: it is the subject we hold first-party data on.
What we do
Building a link is only half the job — a backlink can only be verified as an indexed search result once its host page is indexed, and you cannot count on its value until then. IndexVero covers the whole workflow:

How we think about indexing
No tool can force Google to index a URL, and we don’t pretend otherwise. We don’t sell “100% guaranteed indexing.” Instead, we help you measure a dated observed index rate, report it transparently, and prove it — because a number a client can verify beats a promise everyone knows is fake. That verify-and-prove principle runs through everything we build.
Our track record, in real numbers
We work at scale and report what we actually measure. To date, IndexVero has processed 2,332,361 submitted URLs across 21,660 delivery campaigns (a median campaign size of 47 URLs). “Completed” here means campaign-processing completion, not confirmed Google indexing — we never treat the two as the same thing.
We also check the outcome instead of assuming it. Across 472,845 URLs checked between 3 July and 24 August 2026, our checker observed 52.70% as indexed (exact-URL plus alternate/canonical-form matches). These are time-bound, Serper-based observations from a mixed, self-selected URL population — not Search Console ground truth and not a guaranteed rate. We publish the real figure precisely because a number you can verify is worth more than a “100%” promise.
