Comparisons

Compare backlink indexing services by pricing model, verification workflow, API support and realistic index-rate claims.

The right backlink indexer depends on more than the advertised price. Compare what each service charges for, how results are verified, whether unused credits expire, and what happens when Google does not index a submitted URL. For a backlink provider or seller, the real unit of value is not a submission claim; it is a campaign record that can be reconciled with a separate, dated observation.

How should a buyer compare unlike indexing services?

Decision fieldWhat to recordWhy it matters
Billing unitSubmitted URL, observed URL, subscription allowance, or another unitTwo headline prices are not comparable until their billing units match.
Campaign evidenceAccepted, processing, completed, failed, and timestampsA completed campaign is an operational state, not proof of a Google outcome.
Observation evidenceExact URL, alternate/canonical form, not observed, or unavailable; plus check dateThis keeps the buyer-facing claim tied to what was actually observed.
Commercial remedyRefund, retry, replacement, or no remedy; including the stated windowThe remedy determines who carries unresolved-outcome risk.
Credit termsExpiry, minimum purchase, rollover, and unused-credit rulesA low unit price can still be poor value when credits expire before use.
Workflow fitAPI, exports, list cleaning, link verification, and rechecksProviders pay in staff time when evidence is split across disconnected tools.

Which pricing model carries the unresolved-outcome risk?

Pay-per-submitted services make batch cost predictable, while refund models shift more commercial risk to the provider. Monthly subscriptions can work for steady volume, but unused allowances may reset. Convert every plan to an effective cost for the volume and link quality you actually have. Keep vendor-stated terms and your own observed outcomes in separate columns.

Check the complete workflow

An indexing campaign starts before submission and continues after it. Clean duplicate URLs, verify that backlinks are live, submit the valid list, then measure index status over time. A low unit price is less useful when reporting and quality control require several disconnected tools.

Use realistic index-rate claims

No service can force Google to index every URL. Source-page quality, crawlability, duplication and link type can influence the result. Treat index-rate ranges as dated observations rather than guarantees, and compare providers using the same eligible URL cohort, denominator, observation classes and measurement window. The IndexVero methodology documents the public measurement boundary without disclosing proprietary campaign-processing methods.

Run a controlled shortlist test

  1. Freeze one deduplicated cohort and record exclusions before submission.
  2. Use the same start date and observation window for every shortlisted service.
  3. Keep campaign-processing states separate from index-observation states.
  4. Compare exact observations, alternate/canonical observations, unavailable checks and unresolved URLs separately.
  5. Calculate commercial cost using the provider's actual refund, retry or replacement terms.

This protocol does not reveal how any provider processes URLs. It makes the buyer's comparison reproducible and prevents a marketing percentage from being mistaken for like-for-like evidence.

Current IndexVero comparisons

Vendor prices, refund terms and stated rates change often, so each comparison below cites its sources with a last checked date. Verify current figures on the vendor's own page before deciding.

Before choosing, establish the current status of your list with the bulk index checker and review IndexVero's pay-as-you-go pricing.

Which vendor sources should a buyer recheck?

Commercial terms below are not endorsements and can change without notice. Last checked August 2, 2026: Rapid URL Indexer documentation, IndexMeNow pricing and terms, and Omega Indexer pricing. Keep screenshots or dated exports when a purchase decision depends on a refund window, credit expiry or integration.

For Google-side terminology, use Google’s Search processing overview. It does not validate any vendor’s performance claim; it defines the crawling, indexing and serving boundary used by this comparison corpus.

FAQ

Can two advertised index rates be compared directly?

Only when the URL cohort, eligibility rules, denominator, observation classes and timing are equivalent. Otherwise the percentages describe different evidence.

Does campaign completion mean a URL was indexed?

No. Campaign processing and a dated index observation are separate events and should remain separate in a client report.

What should a backlink seller keep for handoff?

Keep the delivered source URL, target URL, link verification result, campaign timestamps, dated observation class and any commercial remedy as separate fields.
